Olav Thon: Aasenløkka

Identity and prospectus for Olav Thon, the largest private property owner and developer in Norway. The project was for a real estate development on the outskirts of Oslo. The population is rapidly growing, and there is a great need for housing for young people moving to Oslo. The idea was to create an urban feel even though the apartment blocks were built in a suburban environment. This project was made in collaboration with photographer Marcel Leliënhof while at Uniform.

The covers were individually sprayed. All covers are different, referring to the possibility of individually “styling” of your flat. The owner of a flat could for example choose flooring, wall colours, and more.

The cover is hole-punched. Many prospective apartment buyers collect a prospectus, and the perforations make it easy to put it straight into a folder.
